Quantum-style postcode (Pro) and county (Master) protection. We don't sell two dealerships into the same patch — your customers stay yours.
Because the math is better at scale. Average remote-tuner files are £150-250 retail with £40-60 wholesale. ORCA Agent at £45/file lets you retail at £200-400 with full margin. Pro brings that to £30/file plus protected territory. Add the marketing support, AI safety checks, and 24-hour turnaround — most independent tuners can't match it on the first three months alone.
At Pro: we won't sign up another Pro Dealer in your immediate postcode area (typically a 5-mile radius around your workshop). At Master: full county exclusivity. We document the boundary in writing as part of your dealer agreement. If an Agent tier signs up in your patch, they're wholesale-only without territory — you keep customer-facing brand presence.
Agent: 24 working hours. Pro: 4 working hours during 09:00-18:00 weekdays. Master: as fast as we can move (typically same-day, often within 90 min). Late-night / weekend turnaround is possible at Master tier on prior arrangement.
Currently no support for: locked Toyota NEC ECUs (76F00xx series — research in progress), encrypted Continental SID217 (rare), latest Mercedes-Benz PTM with sealed bootloader (under research), Tesla. Everything else common in the UK fleet is covered.
Our Stage 1 calibrations are MOT-safe (we don't touch DPF/EGR/AdBlue on road-going cars). Insurance must be declared by the end customer; we provide written documentation of the change for them to give their insurer. Manufacturer warranty: any modification can affect a warranty claim, this is your customer's decision. We give you the wording sheets and FAQ to walk customers through this.
Agent: none. £0/mo + £45 per file as you use it. Pro: 1 month rolling. Master: 3-month minimum then rolling, because we allocate territory and don't want to flip it every 30 days.
We email you an encrypted download link the moment your file passes safety check. You flash it onto the customer's ECU using your own tool (AutoTuner, KESS3, etc.) — exactly the same workflow you have today, just with our file in your tool. At Master tier the email and portal can be white-labelled to your brand.
We review applications within 1-2 working days. Agent tier is auto-approved (we'll set up your portal access on receipt). Pro and Master need a quick territory + capability check before we issue your Stripe payment link and dealer agreement.
